Business case development for organisational restructure
- Working as part of a mixed consulting and client team, we constructed and developed the
business case for transforming the personnel function of a major high street retailer, modelling
demand in the context of significant future headcount growth
- We developed bespoke decision-support tools in Excel, including a spreadsheet-based
organisational chart and a dynamic mapping tool to output regional distributions on to a heatmap of the UK
Rail franchise bid support
- We provided plan writing support to bid teams for major UK rail franchises
- Based on our expertise in the RADAR plan writing structure utilised for EFQM-compliant bids, we
helped the team to construct compelling arguments for their strategy and plans for the franchise
in key areas including mobilisation, marketing, customer service, stations and environment
- Plans we have helped to develop have consistently generated high marks through the DfT review system
